Do I need my passport or Visa to travel to Puerto Rico?
Puerto Rico is considered a U.S. Territory so you DO NOT need a passport or Visa to travel there. You will need a valid state or gov't issued REAL ID though.
What day are you arriving?
We plan to arrive the morning of Wednesday September 24th.
Do I have to stay at the La Concha to attend the wedding?
While you are welcome to stay anywhere that you wish we ask that you RSVP so that a place can be set for you at the table during the reception.
I can't make it but I want to send a gift.
We sincerely appreciate the love and know that for various reasons not all of our loved ones will be able to attend. Our registry is listed on this site and all gifts purchased will be mailed to our home address.
What currency do they use in Puerto Rico?
The US Dollar is the only currency used on the island.
How much will it cost to attend?
We have partnered with travel agent Marcus Williams of Impressive Travels to negotiate, reserve, book and assist with travel to Puerto Rico and rooms at the La Concha in addition to also providing round trip airport transfers. You can get a travel quote from him by going to the Travel page and filing out the form.
He will respond, usually within 48 hours, with a quote for your travel and stay which you can reserve with a deposit of $500.
Are there any activities planned before the wedding?
YES!!! we want to make the most of this beautiful Island so we will be adding excursions such as a Jet Ski sight seeing tour of San Juan, Tours of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, Tour of the Bacardi Factory, Day trip to Culebra Puerto Rico, Deep Sea fishing trip, Golf and much more. Suggestions are welcome!!
